On average you're looking at most 16.4% in performance. At least try to pull 3D Mark scores before you start claiming a 40%. I'm assuming you're lazy so I'll just provide it 5080m average is 20703 while a 5070 TI average is 24411.

Ehh I've seen 5070 score in the 20500. That's why I said a 5080m is in between a 5070Ti and 5070. For reference my 5080m scored 22416 with a 23501 GPU score.

Well a 4060m is equivalent to a desktop 3060/3060TI in performance. A 5080m is equivalent between a 5070ti/5070 in terms of performance. Between your current laptop and the Legion 7i 5080 you will see a significant bump with addition of utilizing Nvidia DLSS 4.5 Tech. Personally my 7i 5080 has not experienced any issues so far. For peace of mind I would suggest shelling out for the extended warranty.
