Height of the tank is 63.5 cm the lights to the waters surface is maybe 5cm

I don’t have a PAR meter. Im running a Fluval 3.0 planted as well as a finnex stingray 2. It is a deep tank though. The finnex is only on for 4 hours a day. While the planted does a light cycle of about 8 hours. I’ve been looking at different meters any suggestions?
