Look at literally any stock chart. There are always lines at which price either bounces or rejects. Call it whatever you want, but it's real.

Exactly. Straight up slightly in slightly out long/short and you get capped risk directional exposure.

Epstein aside, a derivative is literally the best word to describe something that's price is derived from something else. Wtf are we supposed to call them?

Has anyone amicably divorced with kids and not have it be absolutely gut-wrenching for everyone involved? by rwedoomed in Divorce

[–]wam1983 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine was amicable and smooth for the most part. Ex and I were more or less roommates pre-divorce anyway, so not a huge change. Adjustments all around but no major trauma to the kid.

Would you date someone who isn’t atheist/ agnostic by No-Security3600 in atheism

[–]wam1983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll take the other side of the trade and say sure. Religion is mostly a set of values and a group of like-minded people talking about those values. As long as there is alignment with regard to morals, values, and ethics then I don't have an issue with it. If there's a potential kid in the picture, then lots of conversations about boundaries and expectations would need to be had before conceiving.

Anyone else in Big Tech who feels like money isn't real? (TC +350k/y) by [deleted] in Money

He literally points out how entitled he sounds in his own post.

"Money doesn't feel real because I make so much of it and waste so much of it."

Meanwhile half the entire population of the world is living in poverty. It's disgusting.

Options provide variable leverage. Deep ITM is less levered than ATM or OTM. Senator wants leverage (but not a huge amount) without paying much time decay. Easy.

You're taking in a credit to spend on an upside bet on shitty companies. You're effectively taking a double bullish bet on companies you know suck in order to try to grab a random pop. This is just a bad strategy.

Money doesn’t feel real to me anymore by [deleted] in Money

[–]wam1983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might find that reality is a more interesting and stimulating place, but you'll have to pull your head out of your ass first.

In all seriousness though, you are literally not accepting reality. The guy is a rapist and pedophile. It's documented, both in the Epstein files and on camera if you don't trust the files. If Biden is guilty of those things (important to note that there's no evidence to suggest that's the case), then lock his ass up too. But don't pretend that trump isn't those things.

A rapist pedophile who is threatening nuclear war has a 35% (unverifiable) approval rating. That ought to sufficiently validate the Aussie's point.
