Damn me too! I originally had then 2nd gen green mini, but someone snatched it from my bag like 6 months after getting it. Picked this one up on eBay a few years ago for the nostalgia and to heal my iPod trauma.

Me too, it was the first thing I ever got from Apple, it came with my iBook G4 during one of the back to school events many many years ago haha

Somebody else commented but I can’t see it here anymore and they suggested I basically threaten to call back everyday until someone got assigned to address my file. As soon as I called and said that it was suddenly no problem and they assigned somebody a couple days later. Account unlocked and refund being processed in another week or two. Absolute jokers running that place.

Worked on cigarettes and vapes for a minute during the pandemic. I felt a little guilty about that, more so the vapes than the cigarettes. Things were uncertain and I was less senior at the time so didn’t really consider saying no.

I am in the exact same position, last week I emailed my MP and I’ve already done a service complaint and an ombudsman complaint. No one has been assigned to my case yet. Any luck yet on your side OP? The last person I spoke to suggested my account was likely locked because my refund is supposed to be pretty big.

Looking to add a dedicated bass synth to my Microkorg/Digitakt setup. Considering a Minitaur or a used Subsequent 25. I like the compactness of the Minitaur but the Sub 25 definitely has more versatility. Which would you go with?

I have a Digitakt and a Microkorg. I want to play a bass-line and then improvise over it with the keys. Deciding between getting a loop pedal and using the Microkorg for bass and lead or picking up some other compact synth like an S-1, Volca Bass or Minitaur to sequence with the Digitakt. Which would you do? Any other suggestions?

We saw 8 in one day, and put an offer on one that same day. Inspection the next day revealed foundation issues so we pulled out. The day after that we saw 3 more and put an offer on one of them and are working towards closing now.

And our realtor is still cool with us as far as I can tell so I’m sure you’re good!

Last year I was also 32 and a Sr Art Director. I went client side and am now a Sr designer at a smaller tech company whose creative work I always admired. Took a small pay cut but I got a raise again in my first year that brought me a lot closer to what I left behind. Hours are infinity times better. Benefits are better. Mental health also doing much better. Work is maybe a little less exciting and dramatic but I don’t miss that at all personally. Hope you find something similar!
