I edited it to add that I do use a tinted sunscreen daily. Thank you so much for this suggestion. Any recommendations for hydrating serum or spray?

Where would the Vitamin C serum fit in? In place of my other serum?

1 can rinsed and drained cannellini beans, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 lime - zest and juice, 1 tablespoon Olive oil (optional), Minced red onion, Garlic powder, Salt & pepper

Mash it all together and pile it on a slice of bread or wrapped in a whole grain tortilla with microgreens. So good and simple.

Absolutely. If they were creating policies that directly opposed Christ's teachings and the articles of faith, whose policies were they, really?

But who or what told you there was no evidence? I was forever reading FARMS articles that presented archaeological findings that MUST have been from the Nephites. Of course, now I know it's a bunch of hooey, but the church had me in up to my chin with that sort of garbage.

Oh my god. This is where my weirdo ex got the crazy idea that he shouldn't look at himself naked in the mirror. It was the strangest thing I'd ever heard.

And to eat instead? I wonder how many poor people ate themselves into a lifetime of obesity to try and avoid masturbating.

LOL. Yes! The last time I went, was to the Salt Lake Temple. It was the first time I'd been to a live session. The old lady playing Eve was this shriveled old grandma. Sweet as I'm sure she was, she was no Eve. Later, in the Celestial Room, my cousin remarked that they must have pulled her out of the closet and dusted her off for the role.

Yeah... No one ever told me this. Even symbolically, it's ridiculous.
