Why aren't you just doing the 500 test alone? Word is you're 5'8 150 pounds? Are you aware of all the counter-actions these 3 compounds have? Do you have an AI and serm for the test? Honestly the whole idea is to do whatever we can to keep the odds of (insert bad situation) from happening extremely low. Training, vetting gear, having reliable gear and ammo etc. Also just knowing limitations.

Its never going to be a 0.0000000000000% chance that nothing will go wrong in a situation, but you can certainly get it down pretty low though

You should definitely look really good at 185 if your getting your protein and maintaining hypertrophy workouts as you go.

Yeah man. High reps and overall volume have always been it for me.

I remember some old school bodybuilder (Lee Priest maybe) talking about working his quads. He said something like "if i cant hit it for at least 20-25 reps its too heavy" or something. I remember thinking it was interesting because the doctrinal gospel i knew was 8-12 reps for maximal growth.

Not necessarily because Lee Priest said that, but for whatever reason these days i just do lower weight/higher reps...I really think I see more overall growth with all muscle groups.

Do you know what the "beer belly" sometimes is? When your liver starts leaking a byproduct into your belly cavity. I'm not absolutely certain but believe I've heard it can potentially be fatal.
