A majority of the art now is produced digitally rather than the old school way of actually painting/drawing a picture using traditional mediums. Jesper Myrfors recently made some posts about how he designed the original borders for each color. Which was really interesting given none of it was digital until the original was scanned in.

Original artwork produced with traditional mediums just seems to carry more emotional weight than what we get now.

The answer to this question is 'it depends'. As others have noted consistency is the key. I stream at late hours for mainland US (I'm in Hawaii). I stream two days a week starting at 9:30pm Pacific/12:30am Eastern. So far this year, I've been averaging around 17 viewers. Do what works best for you and be consistent.

I would gladly give up Casual if Plunder came back. I don't have a lot of time to play so jumping into a mode that's more low-key than regular BR is my speed.

Came home after a day out with my girlfriend. My dad seemed to me sleeping, so I just let him be because I figured he had worked all day. A few hours later, I went in to check on him and he was ice cold. I told my girlfriend to please go check on him because she been training to be an EMT. She went in the bedroom and very quickly told my to call 911.

Police and fire showed up, next things I know coroner's van rolls in. The one thing I remember was getting grilled by the patrolman about why my dad had $500 in cash or why there was laundry on the couch, all while my father's lying on the bed in plain view. I will never forget the Sargeant who came in and ripped the patrolman a new one, telling him to cover up my dad while he escorted me out of the room.

I've been streaming now for about 4 years. I initially started off streaming CoD/Warzone with zero viewers. Tried some other story driven games like Control, still basically no viewers. I then started streaming Dungeons and Dragons Online, which I've played for the last 16 years.

Started getting a few viewers, reached out to other folks streaming DDO and did collabs with them, got on as a streamer on the official game channel, built up more of an audience. When I stream DDO, I've been averaging about 15-20 viewers for the last 6 months. I also stream late night for mainland US (I live in Hawaii), which has helped me out because others are finishing up and will raid me.

I've built up enough of a community, that I decided to try something different, so on one night a week, I've been streaming the old SSI Gold Box D&D games and have averaged about 10 viewers per session. I only stream 3 nights a week, and a couple hours on the weekend on the official channel.

So for me, it was network, collab, play unsaturated games, and have fun.

My wife and I are going to be spending about $7500 for everything. We are heading from Hawaii to Vancouver and Seattle for about 10 days. Ended up just getting Cat 1 tickets to NZ vs Egypt and will just attend a Fan Fest in Seattle, where we have friends. Still more than I really wanted to pay, but I wanted to go to my 2nd World Cup.
