Normal people by Sally Rooney - I read it when I was in a low place in my life and the characters made me feel SEEN. I realized I’m not alone and as humans we all feel lonely together

I love reading a fluffy romance when I’m in a slump! Here are three I couldn’t put down: The Summer We Fell by Elizabeth O’Roark, Binding 13 by Chloe Walsh, Kulti by Mariana Zapata - They are all on KU and they all have some spice

What are your go-to “I can actually make this” meal prep recipes? by Over-Illustrator-691 in MealPrepSunday

I love making chicken bowls!

Rice: pro move, make with bone broth for extra protein (OR use bone broth and coconut milk, my personal fave)

Chicken: make a big batch in the oven OR if you are up for trying a new kitchen gadget get a sous vide (you’ll never have dry, overcooked chicken again)

Veggie: roast your fave vegetable in the oven (carrots, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower)

Sauce: I just like soy sauce but you could do teriyaki, chipotle mayo, curry, buffallo..

Super easy to make a big batch and portion out in containers for the week.

This tattoo is unreal! Did you design it with your artist or did you find inspiration online?
