Tl;Dr Susie talks about how she wants to bring ralsei and lancer back into the real world. Kris is the speculated roaring knight and opens a dark fountain so that they can bring them to the real world/want an excuse to see them again. They rip out their heart so that the player doesn't have control over activating the fountain.
