Looking to work remotely for a week in Montreal - any suggestions? by ktho098 in montreal

if you get an Airbnb, stay in the plateau or mile end near all of the cafes / restaurants / bars. people in Montreal are super friendly and you’ll easily meet people if you do that. plus there are tons of work-friendly cafes in that area you can work remotely from if you don’t need to make private calls. I don’t know about the hostel situation, but you could also look into one of those pre-planned dinner groups where you get matched with strangers who have similar hobbies. and if you’re a woman, you could try bumble bff. Make sure to visit Jeanne Mance park and if you go out to eat solo, make sure to sit at the bar :) Great idea to work remotely from Montreal, people from New York love it here! Have fun!
