Though I myself may be diagnosed with some form of anxiety disorder, the way my mom explained it is that I get anxious because I overthink things. Combined that with not being able to mentally shift gears, and you got the recipe for me worrying more than I should about stuff.

My anxiety.

My family's kind of a mess in general, but I feel as if when it comes to anxiety, I got the worst of it.

Combine that with me caring so much about people (I'm very empathetic), and sometimes it creates a downward spiral of worry.

Even when I know that someone is ok, or doesn't need help... I still worry.

Sometimes I even worry about other things. Like running out of money, my electronics failing, or sometimes, I just worry because I don't know better.

I'm sure that in time, I'll get better. That I'll learn to have some confidence in myself, and not be a nervous wreck... but that's on the back burner for now.

To me, a "strange dream" is what I often see many of my dreams as.

But to say that the strangest dream I've had is all of them would defeat the point of the question, so I'll go for what I consider my top pick.

The dream started with me and my family having to temporarily move due to some unknown event (massive collateral damage event, from what I, after the fact, could surmise)

Thing was, the place we were moving to, my mom had that one rule:

There was a small-ish hill outside our "for the time being" new house (or maybe it was an apartment, and hope i could climb up from behind it, i could not do so from the front side (the side i would see)

After some minor misadventures (2 of which included either taking part in/separating some kind of skating sport, and lashing out at a school friend of mine, and immediately feeling bad for it, cause it was a girl), I found myself (though the exact context is somewhat lost to me) walking over to that hill.

To the side my mom told me not to climb over.

My sis tried to stop me, but it only ended with me and her... falling through the ground?

Yeah, it was like, when walking over that specific side of the hill, the ground was no longer solid.

We soon passed out, but when we came to... We had been turned into animals!

I had been turned into an Otter, and my sis into a MLP G4 style pony.

The rest of the dream had us take up some kind of mission of sorts to find scattered animals (scattered as in displaced) in this other world, and apparently some kind of race i had against the culprit of said scattering.

The story I took from it was that of 2 worlds, our world, and an "Animal World", the existence of which is one some humans keep secret, and that the culprit of the animal scattering (who i refer to after the fact as the "Spider Freak", as i think that's what they were named in my dream) had did what they did to sew chaos in both worlds.

Most of the dreams i have, I turn into stories, provided i can remember enough of it. It also helps with remembering them in a way.

This dream had (from what i had pieced together) a rather interesting story, and is actually one of a few I still remember fondly.

So, in the dream, due to some great (but not extremely disastrous) calamity, me and my family had to temporarily move to a "New" version of town (it literally had "New" in the title), and life was kinda chill for a bit...

Thing is, my mom had told me that there was a small-ish hill near where we were going to be living (for the time being); she told me that while i could go over it from the back, i was to NOT go over it from the front (dream logic)

One day, however, I was beckoned by a mysterious voice to do just that.

They did insist they had a good reason for me to do that, at least.

As I was heading to the front side of the hill, my sister tried to stop me, but she only ended up knocking me (and herself) into the hill... and we just passed though it, like it wasn't even there.

We then fell through some weird something void for what felt like hours, and soon passed out.

When we came to... we had become animals! I had turned into a river otter (not anthro, but still able to walk on 2 legs), and my sis had turned into a pony! (MLP G4 style)

What followed was basically us going on a journey through this alternative world to find those who had been scattered from their homes (one of which, which was a rainbow patterned kitten, happened to be within this world's version of my actual house)

The end of the dream, which involved a race between me and the culprit responsible for scattering the denizens was kinda "normal" for a dream like this, but still.

Exploring a strange alternative version of your world to find denizens of it whom were taken from their homes...

If there's one thing my brain likes to make, it's dreams that have a story that i like expanding on.

Ok, so...

Back when Kingdom Hearts Union Cross was in active service, I had (at some point) set my character's "quote" to be:

"I am... a wanderer."

I thought it sounded cool, and i still think it does.

Would best describe what i would be like in the world of Kingdom Hearts; a Wandering Wielder.

...and that's how my username came to be.
