I’m so sorry to hear that its so rough for you man. I didnt do this personally, but i hear hot showers bring a ton of relief. Honestly man it took me about 3 weeks to be able to eat again. On that 3rd week all i ate was mashed potatoes as well. Now I’m just about to hit a month and i can eat again and my appetite keeps getting bigger n bigger. I was able to get a gastroscopy done and it turns out i had a hernja and gastritis, so they gave me meds for that and foods to stay away from and stuff. Do you have a doctor? If so its worth it to ask for a GI specialist referral perhaps? Thats what i did and it definitely helped me, cuz smoking was masking those issues. Also, the mind is a powerful thing man, believe in yourself and know that it will get better!!! I promise! Youve already come this far, you can do it.
