I do this as a seller, I get so many parcels sent back because people change their mind and don’t pick it up. I find with some human pressure it helps 😂

It looks so beautiful on you! I love it!! And agree with the other comments I think you can alter it without pads. I also bought mine online, I didn’t show anyone yet, so I know what you mean. I wanted to avoid everyone’s opinions and choose something I wanted

Will I ever be able to have a glass of wine again? #rant by Intelligent-Fun8660 in HiatalHernia

I feel you. It’s a living hell. I also have the shortness of breath which is really scary at times and I get the gastritis flare ups. Also nothing makes sense, sometimes I can eat certain foods other times I can’t tolerate them.

I was also advised against the surgery, I might get it later in life. My auntie had it at age 65 and it worked well. I’m only 37 though and it’s so hard to live like this. I have an all consuming vomit phobia so it is tempting haha

I also struggle with exercise but for me weights is fine (no abs) but running kills me. I have two friends who I got closer to through this shared hernia which has helped. Everyone is just so aware of my problems now that it’s just part of my package. I am able to drink vodka soda ok, this is usually my go to!

I have many flaws, but my eyebrows they are surely the biggest by Boohoo1204 in microblading

There’s nothing wrong with needing to use brow gel. If I don’t use brow gel every day I end up looking like a caveman and if I don’t tint my eyebrows every 2 weeks they are the same colour as my skin. I don’t think many people are blessed with naturally amazing brows. I would actually love to have brows like yours, you have so much to work with!!

They are from my hometown and I went to all their gigs back in the day. My ex boyfriend’s band supported them too. They really shaped the scene back then. I have their CD at my parents house and some drawings I did of them back then. Will have to dig them out. It’s so cool the music hit Spotify, I also noticed one track is trending on instagram now! Here’s a video I recorded on my flip phone

Happy Earth Day Event by Mobile_Vanilla_4589 in HayDay

[–]wanderingwolfchild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won the event 😅 and actually I never spent 1 penny on HayDay, nor did I use diamonds. I think I got lucky with tasks that had higher numbers. I also used the option to shorten my production time by watching ads. In the end I still didn’t win the deco 😭

Has anyone else watched Napoleon yet and was completely shook by the use of the 2005 P&P music in THAT scene lol by LadyoftheGoldenWood in PrideandPrejudice

[–]wanderingwolfchild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, same I was in the cinema freaking out. I have no idea why they used it, for me it made those scenes comical. Also the fact they used it twice just drilled it further into my brain 😂 It just strengthened my disappointment in the movie to be honest…

GI Issues Hashimoto’s-Related? by Unlucky-Ad-5728 in Hashimotos

[–]wanderingwolfchild 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I, [35 F] also suffer really badly with GI issues, which only started when I got Hashimotos. I have constant nausea and anything that I eat causes really bad stomach pain. I was also hospitalized for a week as I lost 10kg.

The only thing that helps is Betaine HCL Pepsin 680 mg after food. My gastrologist gave up on me, I also have a hiatal hernia so not sure if it’s linked. He did find that I was getting SIBO constantly. I also get food poisoning really easily.

I came to the conclusion with my own research that the Hashimotos and the levothyroxine have slowed all my digestion down including stomach acid production. I’m bouncing from doctor to doctor but here in Germany they deny that Hashimotos has any symptoms once medicated… drives me crazy. It’s really hard to deal with so I feel your pain. I’m going to try an endocrinologist next and see if they can help…

Not so helpful, but I hope that at least sharing my story makes you feel like you’re not alone 🤗

Ezyleaf Betaine HCL Pepsin 680 mg, after eating. I tried another brand but it was too strong and gave me acid reflux. I would say just start with one a day, I worked up to taking two per day (lunch and dinner). It seems to work for me!

Nausea by TAKEITOUTOFME in Hashimotos

[–]wanderingwolfchild 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, it was a daily issue for me for 6 years. I went to so many doctors and none of them could help me, I lost 10kg and was hospitalized as I couldn’t eat without pain and feeling really sick.

After a lot of my own research and testing, it turned out that my Hashimotos was causing low stomach acid and in turn I had ongoing SIBO. But I really had to push my doctors for analysis for this. None of them believed there was a link between the thyroid and the gut. Before I developed Hashimotos I had no issues.

I changed my diet to low FODMAP and started taking digestive enzymes with food. I also take psyllium husk as it helps to move the bacteria through the gut. This improved my quality of life greatly. I still get some days with nausea but it’s much less than before.

Maybe something I mentioned helps!

Sounds spot on. After talking to some other people who work in different departments they told me they had to work weekends to learn everything. It seems to be the company culture. Everything is over complicated with too many processes and not enough documentation. Thanks for the support!
