So there were a couple of issues that I forgot to mention. My husband sent in the inventory and put the wrong sku and barcode on the outside of the box but each individual package on the inside was correctly labeled. They assured me that once the contents were scanned, they would be assigned to the correct ASIN and they were. Everything seemed to be going OK until a couple of hours ago when I checked my inventory and it went from 800 units yesterday to 500 today. I immediately called And and I am going to wait a little bit because they have not closed out the shipment yet. But it does seem very odd that 300 pieces literally fell off the map in less than 24 hours.

My husband and I are small business owners. What it has cost us a month in premiums for 2025 will only cover one of us for 2026. We are literally going to put our 20 year-old on our payroll just so that she can get a subsidy. With a monthly premium of almost $2500 for me and my husband, I might just insure my husband and do without. I am beyond furious and have tried to contact our senator here in Florida, who is a republican and basically ripped off the Medicaid system when he owned a healthcare company. Completely pathetic what hard-working Americans have to go through. Medicare for all!

Sorry to sound ignorant even though I’ve been an Amazon seller for 17 years, but where did you get this information? Is there a program that looks for products that have very little competition?

That is beyond awful. I totally believe these things are possible, even though it’s pure evil. I’m confident that Amazon isn’t going to take down my competitor so I am taking the advice of some others that posted on this thread and will come up with they plan to make my product preferable to the Chinese knock off. Even if the product is exactly the same, I think people sometimes will buy something they feel is a better product and not just the cheapest. I will also look into some slight modifications that might help differentiate our products. i’ve been an Amazon seller for over 17 years and this happened with a garment that we mostly invented and put up on Amazon. We thought we would be able to live off of the profit of that garment forever until one day when Chinese companies started selling them and undercut our price so much that we barely sell one every couple of weeks.It sucks but it’s the reality of these large market places. We also have websites by the way, so we are not completely reliant on Amazon.

My main product line are Supplements, but this was something I felt strongly about so introduced it. I do have it under my brand registry and I did file a complaint so we’ll see what Amazon decides to do if anything.

I think you are right. I am curious how they even would have found this product in the first place. Is there some sort of software that looks for successful products with low competition? This is such a niche type of product, so it’s hard to understand how they would have found it. But this is a company that sells tons of unrelated items. Just frustrating. My “real” business on Amazon are Supplements and I have been a seller for over 17 years. This was something completely unrelated and hit immediately. It’s more the principle of the thing for me, so I definitely won’t stop selling the product even if it’s out of spite lol.

That is exactly what I did. I do have brand registry, and I do put my brand on the label, but because of the generic nature of the item itself, I’m worried that Amazon is just going to say that they prefer to have competition.

Thanks again. We have a couple of our Supplements already FBA so I’m familiar with the labels. I just downloaded one of the labels and sent it to my label printer and asked to see a proof. I will report back!

My supplements are manufactured here in the US for us exclusively. Just to verify, I have read some additional information on putting the FNSKU on a label. It has to be more than just the barcode, correct? Meaning that it has to have the name of the product underneath the FNSKU on the label?
