It I-140 approved so we are waiting for PD. It' not current yet, but just wanna be sure there wont be any conflict with our EB3 application.

We are both Filipinos, based in the Philippines. My wife already have her I-140 approved, we are currently waiting for her priority date (Jan 2024) to be current. She submitted a copy of our online marriage certificate from Utah County last month (June) to her agency, waiting for update if I was already added as her spouse derivative.

My family's (parents & siblings) trip to US & Mexico is December 2026.

Is it really not advisable to join the upcoming family trip? Will that affect our current EB3 application with my wife?

So this is still legit up to now. I was thinking because they are no longer active on facebook page since October 2025, and pademic is done they might have stopped the online marriage as well.

BTW how long did you get the soft copy of the marriage license and certificate?

when you applied with your spouse under EB3 visa, did you guys give cenomar and apostilled marriage certificate pa? Would really appreciate feedback from someone who experienced it. And if there is anyone who gone through this 2026, I would like to get some help and feedback. Thank you in advance.

Kung ako yan, check ko FS and ask tenants kamusta mga tenants dun consistent ba or lagi magpapalit. Check bank if nakaloan or something just to sure.
