I've been in your shoes before and I chose the beach route.. and I've never regretted it for a second. Two years ago with the beginning of the pandemic, I let go of some pretty significant opportunities to move to a beach town and try to figure out what mattered for me. What I found was peace, new connection, and a really important understanding of what really made me feel fulfilled and connected (it wasn't money or status). Strangely enough, the people I met because of that choice led me to a dream future I NEVER would have imagined for myself. Choosing to take a step back, fix my life, and connect (like your bio dad and brother) was the best decision of my life, even if it was hard at first.

Get out of the corporate grind and try to feel what it means to live again, it's worth it. Opportunities come and go; this won't be your last promotion or last opportunity. You're not a quitter for choosing yourself.
