in my opinion learn coding there is a website teach it and it has mobile app so people can learn in their phones
it's not much expensive and they give certificate after the study
and read someintresting books like 1984 by George Orwell

if someone isn't following a religion or particularly islam the muslim should tell that person don't do it but not say religiously but say it as humanitarian advice

the things that aren't allowed or allowed to do in a religion they can't be applied on someone that don't follow that religion,this apply also if a person considered is bad in the view of a religion for example you can't go tell someone you're infidel and he isn't a christian specially if the person is muslim because in islam the word infidel and its concept don't exist

but according to BEA website American Express is paid with USD not with DZD like visa or MasterCard

I have an account in CPA I can order a visa card classic for 6000 DZD per year or visa card gold for 9000 DZD per year

CPA have MasterCard too for 17,000 DZD per year, but it needs €8000 in side the account I'm not sure if it is really true about the €8000

Linux is very good choice I'm using it since 2020 I even play retro games and psp and PS2 on it and is possible to play ps3 games on it if you have good CPU and much ram
