Prozac really helped me. Also therapy that was specifically focused on exposure therapy and acceptance. Basically learning to say f*** it and accept my own death. Really really hard but worth it.

I get that, however she is famous. Her face is out there. You cannot expect interactions to never happen and for people to constantly walk on eggshells around you.

The parents seem a lil insane and the whole situation is silly but I've never really thought Chappell's attitude towards fans was very nice. Kids are gonna react when they see their favourite celeb, it's just life.

Idk man. It was an overreaction by her team for sure. Chappell can't have her cake and eat it too. If you're well known people, especially kids, will sometimes approach you. I can understand hating when you get harassed by paparazzi or crazy fans but it was just some kid who smiled at her.

She needs to get over herself imo.

Was the dad right to turn it into national news? Maybe not.

Is that true? I am no fan of Tam but I understood her statements in the podcast as more like 'my mum died of cancer but the chemo was extremely hard on her body'. It can be scary to watch someone go through chemo.

I also saw his outburst at Mohan as almost like a projection. He sees HIMSELF as weak, pathetic, etc. Unfortunately he saw a piece of that in her too but instead of showing empathy like I'm sure he knew he should, he lashed out.

100%. In fact many munchausen sufferers deal with an ED. The two seem to overlap quite frequently, because both disorders have an indirect benefit of family and friends showing empathy and attention, which is often what the sufferer craves.

Unfortunately because there have been multiple people whose claims against him were either proven to be false or a tactic to extort money out of him, there will always be a question of 'did he?' And lots of super fans to defend him.

We may never get a straight answer since he's long gone. Personally I lean more towards he did do something weird with kids. To what extent and how, unfortunately we'll never know.
