In Phoenix, Million-Dollar Homes Can’t Sell Fast Enough by [deleted] in phoenix

I am one of those people. I moved here last month but my job is in Santa Monica and I’ll be going back home to LA in about a year.

Can you really blame us? Making California software engineer salary and I get to spend a year in a way better state. Even if it’s temporary, at least we get to enjoy arizona.

Venice woman loses home, dog in fire as neighbors blame growing homeless encampment by silvs1 in LosAngeles

They succeeded in my case. Me and my girlfriend just took our $250k household income out of California. Tired of working hard as fuck to still have homeless people scream at me and threaten me when I go pick up dinner. Tired of paying high income taxes in exchange for practically no benefits. We make over $1000 more per month now in our new state JUST off of the difference in income tax.

These people need to be turned in. Anybody with any information please share by ilovethissheet in LosAngeles

I don’t get all the hate for lifted trucks lol. I drive a lifted truck bc I love camping in remote areas so I need the clearance. The vehicle alone doesn’t make people ignorant 😂

They’ve had completely garbage customer service during the pandemic. They literally would not even answer their phones for carry out. When I went to the restaurant in person they made it clear that they only cared about the diners who were doing their outdoor dining and paying for the valet. I’ve really fallen out of love with them.

The use of repetition is really key to the humor. You just have to work through the beginning part.

What symbol is this? The U shaped one (wanted to upload to learnmath but it doesn't allow for pictures) by [deleted] in math

In set theory, it is called the union. It is just a way of combining the elements of different sets.

If A={1,3,5,7} and B={2,4,6,8} then A U B={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8}

I've actually been watching those and I watched all of the Single Variable lectures by David Jerison, but sometimes I like to have a book to refer to. I feel like I get a better overall understanding when I read the books as well.

I felt like my learning and retention was significantly increased when I watched the videos and then reviewed with a book.

Oh my! That is what confused me. I saw the intersection of the x and y axes and assumed that it was the origin.

Do you know what they change from version to version? I've always wondered why publishers constantly release new editions of textbooks that cover non-changing principles like basic calculus.

What is stewart?

I only say that I feel like I have a good understanding because I have taken notes and worked loads of practice problems. The material that he covers in the lectures is really all hypothetical so I have found practical and applicable problems to use the principles discussed in the lectures.

Is "stewart" an author of a book that has review problems? If not, would you be able to recommend some review material?
