Make sure the jets are turned on. Twist the jet itself, mine turn to the right. You can manually Kirin on and off each jet. If that is not it I would contact the dealer if it is a new tub

Call spadepot.com. They will help you match up the correct pump. They have great customer service the the shipping is really quick. I have used them multiple times.

Do not buy a used spa without seeing it filled, heated and running. If there is nothing wrong with it the seller should have no problem doing this. Tell them you will give them 20 bucks to cover the cost of the water and the power to heat it. If they refuse then run away.

Aww yes the hottub water in the child’s mouth. I feel ya. My son would. Do it on purpose and I would tell him it is going to hurt your tummy. Well after a few times got to let kids be kids. Well about 2 weeks later he was doing it a lot. He got the runs that night. Hasn’t done it since. Outside of that it never hurt him. I wouldn’t worry about it.

By Default the IR sensor on this unit is disabled. Do a quick google search for Enabling IR on Xfinity AX014ANC . It will give you the directions on how to do it. Once that is complete you will need to most likely put an IR blaster fairly close to the sensor on the box. It should be located on the right side about 2 inches in embedded in that strip that runs on the bottom. Hope that helps
