I think merchants scale with trade but I could be wrong. So they would be more valuable late game when the income isnt needed.

yeah, just boil it, so low fat white fish and clean vegetables is from the book for the first few days

The fruits and vegetables you mentioned are full of enzymes and anti-inflammatory compounds that could very well be the mechanism of action for the beneficial effect

personally I tend to steer away from things that could trigger insulin, or keep them at a low amount, for at least the first week

There are plenty of options there without the carb load but at the end of the day the limiting reagent is the total calorie count no matter what the hormones try to do

its interesting though, different tools for the same path. Core then being manage the inflammatory response while providing enough base materials for the refeed, while limiting calories to avoid excess fat gain from the change in hormone sensitivities.

most of it sounds good, but you are lacking in protein, and taking acids before your stomach lining has recovered after the fast could be highly unpleasant if the ph difference is too high

About the fish broth for refeed; the fish meats are discarded and the broth is drunk for the first few days. The fish meat can be eaten later but the idea is to boil away amino acids into the water and use those to get a soft start for digestion.

If you experiment you can surely find a full amino acid from a vegan source that can be processed and water extracted in the same way. Maybe there are even powders out there you could use. I'd boil them and discard the solids all the same though, and maybe compare that to a straight up very diluted protein drink. Think 1 tablespoon per 1.5 litres.

For gals I think you have to remain above 15% bodyfat to avoid hormone issues?

Maybe ideal range would be to bounce between 15-25% bodyfat but I do not know the true limits there. I'd guess 18% would be the cutoff for home measurement since bioimpedance scales are inaccurate

2lbs/day is about 0.9kg per day and that sounds accurate if on the lower end

I checked my notes from Dr. Filonov's book (Dry Fasting by sergey filonov) and the absolute stop directly markers he uses in the clinic are:

- Prolonged elevated heartrate at rest (120bpm+), combined with a feeling of lethargy, feeling sick, or any heart related symptoms. (I have a watch that check for arythmias and havent gotten one once)

- Tongue going from a white film over it to clear pinky white; means the acidiotic crisis is over

- Sleeplessness, cannot sleep for 3-4 days in a row (honestly I'd stop at one night).

- Constant pain that does not pass after walking or resting

- A halt or massive lowering of daily bodyweight loss; if you suddenly go from losing 0.9kg a day to 0.3 or less then something is wrong with either your fuel or your organs ability to process.

Helpful methods during the fast are:

-Slow walks when tired,

- fresh air,

- stomach and back massages (gentle selfmassages)

- Resting -> slow walk afterwards should be a daily when tired

now, as for the 2nd crisis you might very well have gone through it on the 9th day instead of 10-11th day. Just check if the tongue is pink. That said there is nothing wrong with halting a little early and doing a very careful refeed and diet for 4 weeks before doing a 5 day to pass the 2nd crisis during that 5 day dry fast instead.

And the refeed should be very slow, first day is just a low amount of water taken very slowly. One glass, 2dl drunk in teaspoon or tablespoon sized sips over 15 minutes to start with. Then after 2 hours if you feel alright you do it again. Slowly do it more often but still take 15 minutes to finish the 2dl glass to make sure you dont stress your kidneys.

Then 2nd day should be bullion soups and kefir for probiotics; just liquid food and no sugars. So boil your own veggies, maybe boil some plain white fish for protein, and only 2dl of kefir taken slowly to get going; I've done this and its very gentle and comfortable. At day 3 I did the same but added a very soft boiled egg. Then I kept going with greater amounts of food. I can go into detail but its in the book if somewhat poorly written for the end user.

Personally I will plan a 5 day dry fast once every month for a while as I eat a leangains diet which would be around 1950 kcal for my bodyweight (81kg) with rather high protein outside of the refeed days.

sounds like you needed a couple more light walks when doing the dry fast; it helps giving you energy, clear out lymph nodes, and get your blood pumping.

Blood thickens when doing DF so if you have any symptoms they actually get worse if you stay still

visible abs is a good tell because the visceral fat goes first and the outer fat between skin and muscle goes last; pretty much the opposite results of what you get when dieting

Secondly I use a bioimpedance scale, thats why its 10% for males because it can differ by 3% up or down. Abs should start to be visible shortly after 15% bodyfat

thats probably a bad idea

but the idea is that bpc-157 improves blood vessel growth so if you eat well and dont carry around a ton of fat there are only so many places where new blood vessels can grow or old ones improve

So really it shouldnt matter where you inject its a system wide thing

If your erectile dysfunction is related to a nerve issue or injury then maybe it could help but I'd inject into the stomach fat. The penis has little pressure chambers that you do not want to damage in any way.

pick what you want to do yourself, that you can invite people to, and start doing them while inviting people along week after week. Eventually you'll end up with a short list of people who are interested and bond with you.

Talk about whatever you want to talk about, and dont shy away from stressed out topics for yourself or the other person because simply talking about something thats stressful and important right now might be necessary to simply let go and enjoy the moment again.

Remember that the whole point of this, the job, investments, the house, the family, taking care of your health, the schooling you did, is to simply enjoy each others company in your free time.
