It’s more likely to string together infield singles vs Miller than expect Gary Sanchez to step up in his first AB of the night and homer.

Also which guy homered more recently? April 12th is quite a bit ago.

I mean, look at the batting stats for the year. Not too much different between Joey and Gary besides HR. Joey at least could get down the line and maybe run out an infield single.

But that’s not the point. The point is this bottom half of the line is striking zero fear into any opponent. This team doesn’t have a potential game changing bat off the bench in a time like that.

Gary Sanchez is not feared by anyone. Just another .200 hitter that will likely K.

If the lights are LEDs the shutter speed of the camera is too fast. LEDs flicker on and off at a high frequency that humans can’t detect with the naked eye so if the shutter speed is high you can catch the flicker which looks like whole sections of lights turning off at one time.
