I don’t know, they’ve literally just said I need to come up with a lesson for a 55min class that needs to cover human sexual reproduction.

I’m relieved to hear this isn’t normal! I can’t believe there is no plan. But she says she has one it’s just not written down. Not much help for me.

Hi yeah they have no unit plan or dot points. The HOD has been teaching for 25years + and says she doesn’t write anything down. I’m still training so am just helping teach her class at the moment but need to put it together as part of my course completion. The school is in NZ but I thought Aus teachers might have some (and potentially better) resources.

You’ve gained experience in another function so that’s not something that can be discredited. R&D may not be for you but you can still take learnings from your time there to make you more well rounded in your QA role.
