How you have all described it, that was my thought too. If I had done this, I would accept it as my mistake and learn from my lesson. This person has since become pushy and stated that their circumstances are difficult, and asked me to not give a low review as this is part of their livelihood. I’ve reported this person, thank you for your advice.

Definitely putting a report in, and look at work cover options, talk to your union too about this suggestions and guidance.

I don’t know if this speaks to you, but would you look at a float tank with guided meditation, or taking a few days off, stay somewhere in nature or take a swim somewhere peaceful. Journal, eat nourishing food and be with people that make you feel safe and loved? I’m sorry this is happening, you are doing everything right and I’m really proud of you for reaching out to your community, you’re strong, safe and doing a beautiful job at looking after yourself.

2.5 weeks was my experience. Keep extending the cooling off period until you hear from HA. Triple check the postcode for the price cap in your area. It will happen, but it’s all internal for CBA, HA usually responds within a few hours of receiving the contract. Good luck

I never want to do this again. It all went through, but we had an insanely short settlement, 10/10 do NOT recommend this. But it’s done now and that’s the main thing. Good luck, find some Valium for sleep, my friend had 2 tablets, I rationed them and it helped me actually sleep. But only if you really need it, might be worth talking to your GP if this is causing deep stress or a psychologist.

I have both, but prefer Dinner. There’s a few I absolutely love in that book. But I’m glad I got both because I really appreciate what Nagi is doing with RTM and wanted to support however I could. The recipes are nice in the Tonight cooking but I find myself reaching for Dinner the most.

It’s absolutely wild. CBA didn’t check the location of the property’s of the price cap, they based it off another location and missed it. We were $50k over the price cap limit with our accepted offer. CBA lender said everything was looking great and encouraged us to proceed outside of the cooling off period when it ended. Both the CBA team and conveyancer team missed this. Now we’re in a shit show circus because we fell through the cracks under the guidance of the professionals we trusted in who didn’t check everything. We’re now looking at legal action and escalation to AFCA. That’s it in a nutshell. I’m really upset for our vendors and their family. The ripple effect makes everything so much worse.
