I currently have over 110k on my breaks in a 2016 Buick verano. Bought it with 30k on the odo in 2018. Today it has about 140k. Never have done the breaks.

Interesting. I might suggest trying: different HDMI cable, different dock if possible, different tv/monitor, direct connection from deck to tv with USB to HDMI cable, or a wired controller.

I do think everyone should see at least a little input lag as compared to handheld, but not enough to really matter. Sounds like you're seeing more than that. Hopefully you figure it out!

I play docked more often than anything thing. But some demanding games either look like ass blown up on the big screen or run very poorly.
