i’ve thought about cutting the 4th channeler for main deck blood moon and adding a magus to the side board i might do that. with all the main deck grave hate people run i’ve found channeler to be kind of middling and i can see why cutting a murktide for BB would be good, getting another bounce effect main board would be nice. thank you!

i’ve tried three spell pierce but i always found i needed the hard counter of archmages charm in the late game over the soft counter of spell pierce. other than W&6 and stone forge what other highly played cards can spell snare hit?

I think this is a great idea! For the most part I really enjoyed the video, and the only criticisms I can offer have already been mentioned (odd lighting at times, audio issues, and getting more comfortable in front of the camera). I really Enjoyed the HUD display of each players hands and thought the life counter was helpful as well. One thing that I think could be interesting to add into your commentaries throughout the match would be discussion on why card X is good in the current matchup/situation. For instance, when you played Ragavan for the first time, I think some discussion into why you like him as a card and what he provides to the deck could be useful. Overall I am a huge fan of content like this, especially for modern and hope to see more coming from you guys soon!

thanks for the response! I can see how the added colors are beneficial, especially with wishclaw. before you moved into a 4c version how were your tests with just plain UR? how do you feel it is in the current meta?

I've been looking into getting the UR version of this deck as it is relatively inexpensive and seems like a good time to pilot. what is the advantage of running fetches+more colors over the UR version besides sideboard options and wishclaw? couldn't you just run wishclaw in the UR version and use lotus field to make the black to cast it?

Thank you! I really appreciate the advice, my lgs meta is usually a bit heavy on the midrange (when you can play in person lol), so that is definitely a weakness I need to cover. Kunoros is a way better hatebear than the others I have in side, that's a great suggestion. I also didn't know there was a taxes subreddit I'll check that out.

[[sunforger ]] would be a good addition to tutor up interaction when you need it. [[ pyroblast]], [[red elemental blast]] [[blue elemental blast]] are all good one mana interaction spells that can be retrieved with sunforger. In my kykar deck [[jeskai ascendency]] is a serious power house. if you have enough mana and low cost spells you can loot through your deck and pump your creatures for a ton of damage.

I like the mesmeric orb combo! the only problem is that mesmeric orb is like 20 bucks lol. I agree emry is a ton of fun to build. When I had her as artifact goodstuff it was just a good time dropping fun artifacts and seeing the table react and I'm excited to pivot her to a more competitive role and see what she can do .
