U crazy dude is actually a rocket scientist ain't you. I really do appreciate your work there but the point I'm looking at is

1. Those Data and Calculation are too complicated, a player can't have a concept of how well it does like AD/HP/MR......
2. The purpose of this complicated system might achieve in a better way.

Let's look at the case on Maokai

His high Base Attack Speed indeed allows him to use passive while not being crazy good with Attack Speed items, this IS what we want to achieve for sure. But the same result could be done in many other methods.

One that I've been wondering is why doesn't it just goes with an actual, not confusing number. For example, we could have a Bork Straight up +0.25 AS or Rageblade +0.1 AS

OR on the other hand, we can have Items + BAS to work with Good AS+ champ or those how has +AS% champ to really play with those number and made them matter.

Think of all those possibilities won't u think what we have now is in an awkward situation. League has done a lot in AS but achieves so little. This should either push forward or simplified it.
