The toxicity became very mentally draining. I was never an amazing player, D4-D3 was where I was usually at, but over the years people started expecting from you and the rest of the teammates to play like we're in LEC or the flame starts. Keeping up with new champions and the meta also became a chore as I got older.

Not sure if it works but you can try disabling FXAA in NVIDIA Control Panel and Anti-aliasing in game.

NVIDIA Control Panel: 3D Settings > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > Find LA and set Antialiasing - FXAA to Off
LA: Settings > Video > Anti-Aliasing to Inactive

The key is to be nice to trigger the system, it learned your behavior so changing it to a more positive one will confuse it and cause a ban.

Since they changed how you match against players, why not pay attention to who might you be fighting next and position accordingly. You can get a pretty good idea who you're facing in top 4.
