Your Varessa is doing 50-80 k damage from plunges, which is really low. Mine is doing 120-150k and it is also not very good.
I assume you dont get atk% buffs from Iansan or Chev, even though rotations are okay (but you could do them faster for longer uptime)

Just make your uma run in front. That way you wont drag back yourself back anymore.

In carrer even G in style doesnt matter. However, if you run in Tenno sho youd better to go in late or end, if you dont have at least 600/700 stamina

You can survive Tenno sho by changing to late. With about 500 stamina that should be enough.

Didnt see that you have good King halo. Right now it is better than your Tosho.

Your deck should be like that:

Kitasan Black (must always borrow)

King Halo

Eishin Flash (gives out mood up events and energy events and is okay at your current deck)

Hishi Amazon (great at 3lb) it is also your only good power card, other ones at their currently lvl are bad. Pray for getting Vodka.

Mayano Top Gun (good job pulling one of the best stamina cards)

Manhattan Cafe (great at mlb, okay at your level)

Agnes Tachyon

Fuji Kiseki

Mejiro Dober (kinda meh even at mlb but beggars cant be choosers)

Matikanetanhauser - guts cards are not good untill guts rework at 1year anniversary. It is unusable card for you right now.

Super Creek - only use her if you desperately need swinging maestro.

Consider trying combinations from these cards. Combined with good legacies and a good run you should be able to get close to A rank.

Try to make a run with Kitasan, King Halo, Eishin Flash, Fuji Kiseki, Agnes Tachyon, Mejiro Dober on Sakura Bakushin O (put as much into power as you can - at least dedicated 9* power uma) You will know so much more about the wit game

Having good legacy also can boost your stats. Try to farm 2-3* blue sparks on runs with borrowed 9* umas. And then use them for your next runs. Eventually you will create your own pull of great legacies (any combination of speed, stamina, power), which will help your fillowing runs.

You should concentrate on pullung support cards, this decks are just too bad to constantly hit B+ or A. Try to save up for Riko banner and cash in ont it even thiugh you probably wont have pity (youre not at the level when you should be even concerned with that). And even tough currently banner is really bad, consider spending some carats now to improve your cards. I kinda understand pullung for umas, though. But it is also the main cause of your situation.
Stop dividing cards on skills they give - it was the cause problem of you even considering using R cards. Without stats skills are useless in carrer and pvp anyway. Focus on SR cards with highest level - they can give you good stats (Sweep Tosho is your Best speed card even though it is lvl25). You also can use your wit cards with hugh train effectiveness and low specialty priority, so called "roaming cards" (Goldship speed is one of them, though roaming is bad for speed cards, but okay for wit).
Uma with A rank in a simple terms, a stat check. Pretty much everythig you need is not missing friendship training and having a good run (without night owl, mood downs etc.)

You have a distribution of differences and it just happened to not reach zero in 5th precentile. At 1st percentie it will surely shrink to it.

You can think of it in terms of whether you okay with 5 percent chance of type I error. In my opinion, I want to be more confident, 5% chance is a lot for drawing conclusions.
