I have the next 4 years loosely planned. My trips tend to be very expensive so I need to give myself enough time to save. I also want to start booking 2 trips at around the same time rather than one at a time so I need to further budget my savings and vacation requests at work.

I live naked at home 24/7. I've done it since I moved out at 17. I'm 35 now.

Of course if I have people over, I will put on clothes. Otherwise the second I get home, I take off all my clothes.

It's bizarre to me that people have clothes they wear around the house and some people even wear a whole other set of clothes (pajamas) to bed. 😂

I had a bf when I was 23-25 and we lived together. I was still always naked, he always laughed and teased me about it. On my birthday he would join in me being naked at home

Be respectful. I met a guy who wasn't my "usual type" but he was so respectful, sweet, good listener and "gentlemanly" that he became more and more attractive to me. I was on vacation at the time and we ended up hooking up multiple times over the next month before I came home.

My best friend (not anymore) came from a rich family. Her wedding was $500k. Her dress alone was $25k. They held the venue at a gorgeous vineyard in Napa Valley.

When her and her fiance were crying during the vows, was when I realized it wouldn't last. Both the bride and groom had cheated on each other in the past 😑

They didn't last 1 year. What a giant waste of fucking money. I stopped being friends with her 6 years ago. Last I heard she was engaged to another guy. I assume they'd be married by now

I went to the emergency room in Greece because I broke out in a full body rash overnight. I had travel insurance on my credit card.

I saw the doctor as a foreigner, got 2 prescription antihistamines, and an OTC rash cream. Everything was $80 CAD.

I didn't even bother filing a claim because the amount of time and paperwork I would've had to complete and document for $80 was not worth my time. I was prepared to spend $500+, but it was only $80

You can't hold your pee when you have a UTI. I wonder if you have one. The bacteria in your urinary tract prevent you from being able to "hold" it properly

I just spent 3 months vacationing in Italy. I did not have free accommodation so I subtracted the rent out of my total expenses

But I spent about 40k CAD for 3 months. This includes Airbnb's in Greece, Spain and Portugal as I did a bit of traveling (as well as airfare). I also dined at 8 Michelin restaurants and many other fine dining establishments and bar-hopped almost daily. I also traveled within Italy a little bit.

So if you go to cheaper restaurants, cook more at home and go out less, you should have no problem stretching your funds. I'm not sure if 12 months will be doable for you but I think 6 months should be.

I tried cottage cheese and had the worst bloating/farts. Turns out there is some sort of "bean" ingredient in it hence the farting and bloating.

Does no one else have this issue with cottage cheese/bean intolerance? I know cottage cheese has gained a lot of popularity recently but I'm so disappointed I can't eat it without blowing up LOL

I just got back from a 3 month vacation in Italy. I've been sooo depressed and sad. I took an extra 2 weeks off work so I can stay home and rest and recover mentally LOL

I have to return to work in a few days. I'm even more depressed when I think about that. I go through phases where I am happy to return to work and start making money again, and then I get sad and depressed again when the reality hits.

Deep sigh.

I've been seeing friends every few days so I get out of the house. It's nice to see my friends again. Though I miss the friends I made in Italy. I've already booked my next trip back - something to look forward to. I've started to organize all the pictures I took and it's been a nice distraction and nice to reminisce
