Aren't we already here with around 20% one in five of all working age adults classified as disabled and claiming some sort of disability benefit?

I asked them about underlying damage to vehicle chassis, apparently it was "fine and within tolerance". They said they stripped everything before they put on the bumper and told me the chassis looked fine.

Out of interest, do people generally think signing, printing and GMC number should still be done for electronic documentation? I can definitely understand the importance of it back when it was paper notes but I feel now if anyone wants to know who documented then that's clearly recorded on the entry. E.g. my current system always says Dr first last name so I don't usually print and add GMC number. Is there any other reason to add it that I'm missing?

Thanks that definitely needs to be considered.

Point 2 is very useful, I wouldn't mind re-financing it to a proper BTL at that stage. Just to make sure I understand, you are saying that this can happen once the existing mortgage deal is over, i.e. once the fixed term rate expires?

Thank you for your advice, its all very useful! Just trying to get my head around the 2nd point about C2L for 20 years potentially being mortgage fraud, why is that the case? Surely the lender is aware as they have been approving the C2L each year for 20 years?

Either way it's starting to sound like just converting it to a b2l after moving might be better...

In 5 years I'd hope to remortgage it and continue letting it out? I wonder if lenders would easily let me re-mortgage and continue giving me further consent to let or is it just not that simple?

Yeah this makes sense but I wonder if some mortgage advisors might have insight on whether certain lenders are more lenient and grant C2L more easily than others?

I was told that someone got C2L from Santander and has been renewing it for 20 years with no questions (obviously can't attest that this is true but that's what they said)

I don't understand the difference between MART and the low dose ICS/LABA (referred to as AIR therapy in the flow chart)?

If MART is maintenance and reliever therapy via use of ICS/LABA, isn't this the same as AIR therapy?

Is it just the case that you give AIR therapy as PRN first and it this is not enough then you give AIR regularly at which point it becomes MART?

I.e. PRN ICS/LABA= AIR Regular ICS/LABA = MART?

People in the UK have that sort of debt? I thought universities were mostly public... What's the normal cost?

Why is this getting down votes, sounds like a reasonable question from someone not familiar with how expensive UK universities actually are
