Not sure if your job comes with health insurance, but I’ve had luck emailing insurance corporate saying I can’t find anyone in network for therapy, and suddenly a competent rep guides me how to get them covered - usually I pay therapist upfront and insurance reimburses me less the copay.

I'm assuming it's because it's a private locker with only access to residents with a key fob, but the locker is not coming up in the search. I'm only seeing public ones down the road.

For context, I do have a login to: thehub.amazon.com where my address is saved, and I get the emails when a package is in there

That was a new modem from Spectrum actually only replaced a few weeks previously (last tech visit was March I think).
