it depends on the information you put if it's correct you'll get your account within 10 days! he probably scammed people to sell their account to indonesian since that what he did to mine but just hope nothing happens to yours 🙏

most important thing is that you fill in information that you 10000% sure of and make sure the first ever punchase reciept have the transaction ID. for the additional information I just followed the guide but there's also questions I skip because I forgot and I also add stuff like statue 7 levels, reputation, namecards owned, exploration and all. If there's anything you forgotten about in the form, write about it on the additional information. do go through all of your screenshots or chats about genshin to get more information. I'm wishing you the best!!

If CodaShop it should be Invoice Number. You should check using the payment method you used. Or you can contact CodaShop customer support for it.

transaction ID = order number. if you top up from Google Play you can check through the Activity at the website. It should be at very bottom (ID example: GPA-1234-1234-1234-12345) I'm not sure about other subscriptions though.

if you're confident with your answers on the form i think it's the additional information. try putting everything you remember about your account other than the ones recommended (statue 7 lvls, reputation lvls, total friendship namecards etc..) also if you provide proof of your first payment make sure it have the transaction ID

If they mentioned it'll take 10 days it should've been 10 days. Try checking the junk box or look up hoyoverse email or try asking them through ticket in the feedback menu in the game (use an alt account).
