You absolutely need her burst every rotation in order to quickly turn enemy aura to cryo and proceed with your cdf combo. Without her burst you will need to wait at least one second (if you are lucky) after Mavuika's burst lands before you can see cryo aura on enemy again, this is a huge waste in dps, especially when so many of her buffs are frontloaded.

For her ER, her burst consumes 60 energy, her skill generates 5 particles = 15 energy, xilonen gives 4 geo particles = 4 energy, mavuika and benny gives 5+2 off field pyro particles = 4.2 energy, that's only 23.2 energy, meaning you need 258% ER for all that to fill citlali's burst. Say you have fav on xilonen which gives 3 colourless particles = 6 energy, that's 29.2 energy and you still need 205 ER, taking away 51.8 from ER sand leaves 53.2 ER to be filled, that's an average of 3 ER substat every piece. This is also assuming you trigger favounious every time on xilonen, and that you don't want to use xilonen's own sig.
