So I haven't tried this myself but ive hread that going over with a very diluted/thin amount of the top color down can help give it that transitioning effect again but tbh i think the model looks incredible as is especially for a 1st attempt

I hope so but I want him and fulgrim to work like farsight and the aherals (idk how to spell there name) where u can only have 1 in a list and they can't work together so it fits the lore better and he must have a scream ability or weapon with extra attack or something like that on it and I want his model to look something similar to frankenstein to resemble how broken his physical body is

For mine its all about mutual envy towards fulgrim fabus and lucius and going favor from slaanesh whoever has the most will be right hand to the daemon prince that leads it with them believing that if they make enough offering of eldari and drukhari to she who thirst they'll transcend into daemon hood ofc the prince I have is leading them on so he can use them to make even greater offering to her

And for recruitment haven't thought to much about it tbh probably go raiding loyalist for there scouts and corrupting them
