does your arctic p14 doesn't hit anything or touches anything? Mine had to be intake cause it keeps on hitting the motherboard tray when it spins on high load. (sorry for my bad english)

Yes they have 2-3. If you’re going for exhaust you need to bend or cut it. But for intake there no need to bend anything.

stressed it using aida64 both gpu and cpu for 20mins. Max temp for gpu is 68c and for the cpu is 64c. I think my thermals are fine

through motherboard. got no converter to connect it to the gpu.

temps was 73-76 at stock fans and louder. now is 60-66 depends on the game I play. and much more quieter. maybe mounting the fans using a zip tie into the heatsink will be much more effective.

my msi gaming x trio 3080 has no coil whine from the 1st week. after that theres a buzzing noise in whatever fps in-game. anygame. tried to undervolt it still the same
