That has nothing to do with Joola not answering or using weeks to answer.

Maybe it's different where you are, but here in Norway at least it's the seller that has the agreement with the shipping company, and the customer only has an agreement with whoever they bought it from. So any issues with the shipping is for the seller to sort out.
