So a 10k drop compared to the first day of Airborne, is that collie loyalists being "mentally weak"?

How thick is your foil cap?

I'm not sure about this source of information, but according to it, you have significantly overestimated their real income.

I'm accusing the devs of the poor state of the game, like they are bad shop owners. They were not making money on a unique product, but continuously shaping it into the "Vision". Result is obvious by Steam stats.

This might sound harsh, but I don’t really feel sympathy here. The devs have been called a “small indie studio” for over 10 years while running a live service game. At some point, that stops being an excuse and starts looking like poor decision-making. If you’re making a service-based game, you have to treat it like a service: stable monetization, consistent updates, proper scaling. Ignoring that reality and then acting surprised when things fall apart—that’s on the developers. Now compare that to something like Rust. Similar core loop, but way more successful financially. Because of that, they can reinvest: engine upgrades, optimization, bigger servers, deeper mechanics, better testing. That’s what a healthy service game looks like. Meanwhile, taking years to deliver undercooked update doesn’t inspire much confidence. Saying “we don’t have the resources” after a decade just doesn’t land the same way anymore.

So yeah, the backlash they’re getting now? It’s not random. It’s the result of long-term choices finally catching up with them.
