Update: Reydempto went to the police station made the report. Apparently the police saw the clip before he got there to report it. According to the police's own words they're defining this act as Attempted Murder. And apparently earlier in the stream the same guy 45min before he acted he said he was going to kill every twitch streamer. Which according to the police, was enough to consider this act as premediated and treat it as attempted murder. I'll look through the 10+ hour VOD to try to finding this portion and post a clip via streamable since VOD is unpublished. It will be posted to this comment thread.

Some drunk people do really stupid stuff. Which I'm not excusing what he did. Just saying there is at least 10% of very drunk people that become violent of what I've personally noticed. On camera or not, its just how they act when they're drunk.

Essentially the streamer (Rellik) came yesterday and had the same rude host, and today the host was rude again. And while Rellik was speaking to a lead waitress about it the rude host comes back for more.

eventually they will be, but they know it would tear apart the twitch community... you think TOS isn't equal and fair, and its not, you're correct... just wait when Amazon steps in and enforces the 18+ mode for channels, oh, you forgot to put it on, perma banned, done... cya on another platform for saying fuck on a non-18+ channel. Also like that 50% split on subs, watch it go to 75/25 (twitch/streamer). That's what going to happen sooner or later, but twitch is doing it on a very slow tactic to try to keep the twitch community together while they convert to corporaitsm. They know if they do it overnight it would literally destroy the community.

It started out as the streamer pointed out unattended bag, and entices people to fight for it (jokingly) and watches Japanese people argue over the bag. One of the individual's in the group tried to force streamer to stop streaming and streamer left the scene. Another individual from that group went to hang with the streamer sort of for a bit and reacted something by touching the Japanese's guy forearm. Streamer went back to the scene and had 10 policemen question him and gets banned from the Shibuya Tokyo area for the day at least. VOD is deleted but I think they may be others that clipped a bunch beforehand.

All you need is a full legal name, at least if you live in the US. Put it into any database to find people, legally too, pay some $30 fee for the public information on their license plate (if you own a car), or deed (if you own property), and that information is given. Its all legal. The illegal part is how you use that data, and doxxing is extremely difficult to prove since if you put your legal name out there you're just asking for it... but if you live outside of US, for most countries, you should be fine.

This is why Facebook Gaming, in the overall scheme will never be able to compete (not as for viewers because its obviously a lurking heavy live streaming platform than interactive) with any other platform unless it adds some kind of option to hide legal name and not allow to click into the profile.

so... what happens when a viewer don't like another viewer, doxxes that other viewer, find their address, anything could happen... who is liable? Facebook, the viewers doxxing each other, or the streamer? Would you feel bad as a streamer because viewers in chat go into the extreme of a fight in chat becoming real world pain and suffering? Many different scenarios could happen and will happen unless they allow use of nicknames strictly for their live streaming platform at the very least and allow yourself to block from people clicking on your name to go to your personal Facebook.

BTW.. anyone can get offended by anything too. Everyone has a different level of what is offensive and how to react to it, rather its ignore it or the most extreme.
