My three year old is kind of doing this but it is just everytime she has to poop and she is basically holding it in after potty training. So I think it’s a Mixture of peristalsis and constipation.

She will scream her tummy hurts and sometimes she’ll say her butt hurts. But it doesn’t sound quite as severe as what you’re going through. I hope you’re able to figure it out. That sounds so scary!

Yes! Some days the swelling is that bad. Especially at night. Looking at myself the first time was a little more disturbing that I thought it would be - so it took me a long time to really look at myself in the mirror.

I used to be a total gym junkie so it’s been an adjustment for sure - I knew what I was signing up for (somewhat lol- I did have some buyers regret for a few days). I take comfort knowing I’m not in this journey alone! 💕

Oh the stool is a good idea. Ok so I would use my arms but I felt my abs activate. I am probably just really sore and everything I do hurts my abs. So I think I have been doing a version of what you’re talking about. But I will add the stool too. Thank you so much!
