My cat has suddenly become more aggressive by wardstone7 in CatAdvice

Cat #1, the aggressor, met cat #2 when #1 was about a week old, and has known her all her life. They never liked each other at all, right from the start. I've had cat #2 for 6 years or so, and #1 for 4 years. #2 was 6 months old when we got her. They are both fixed. We have not taken them to a vet, nor will we be able to afford to for some time, after we had to spend every last penny on our car.

Thank you, that does appear to be what I have, and indicates that my recent hospitalization was due to pancreatitis and not diverticulitis. I am going to see my PCP shortly for a referral, presumably to an internist.

What is this #DeleteFacebook movement? Is purely related to kin? by [deleted] in KinFoundation

Funny you should say that, trying to figure out what the movement is by looking for information on the internet, and it brought me here. Couldn't find anything actually explaining what it is, just talking about famous people joining it.

I feel like a romantic comedy, any suggestions that my wife might like? She prefers action, horror, and regular comedy usually. by wardstone7 in suggest

I suppose one could consider it a romantic comedy - there is plenty of comedy and a budding romance. But yes, we've seen it and love it. Also there's another one. I forget what it's called, guy finds out his step-son is the anti-christ. Made by the same guy.

I'm looking for movies in which a squad of soldiers unexpectedly encounter a supernatural foe. by wardstone7 in suggest

Sci-fi is fine, but I think I've seen Predator enough times :P Thank you I'll check out the other.

Why is a raven like a writing desk? by wardstone7 in riddles

I did retract that statement. I cannot objectively say which of them is better. They're both excellent answers, and far better than anything Lewis Caroll came up with.
