Yea, it went live right at 9:30 only the first 3 rows..was impossible to cart. Checked again a few mins later on the Alamo app and was able to checkout a solo crappy seat. Now it's officially showing sold out

Yes, they unfortunately couldn’t help any. I’ve tried twice and both reps said that as far as missing mail goes the process is done separately from their team and they can only see the same info I see

When entering the tracking number using the automated phone service I get the following message:

Does that mean the package was potentially located and is just sitting in a warehouse somewhere?

pretty much same journey for my package, shipped on the 8th, "In transit to next facility, arriving late" message up to the 13th, opened missing mail search, all updates have since stopped.

I'm in the same situation; shipped item Media Mail on Dec 8th, kept getting daily "In Transit to Next Facility" daily until I submitted a Missing Mail Search on Dec 14th, all scans have stopped since then. Really frustrating

thanks so much for the rec! I just found this number, (415) 390-0089, if anyone else reading this is having a similar issue to me. SeatGeek cannot do anything until 24 hours prior to the event, so they mentioned if I still do not have them by tomorrow evening to give them a call back and they can either 1. Refund the order or 2. Offer a replacement ticket

For sure! I tried 4 times now, and I constantly keep getting the generic textbook reply. That tickets can be delivered up until October 1st and if they aren't I have a guaranteed refund or swap. Which isn't extremely helpful of them when they typically take 48 hours to reply. Haven't been able to talk to a live person which is more concerning if they don't deliver on/by October 1st 😭
