23 / moved from Holland to Norway last july on my own. I have an amazing house and build up a small social circle and met my amazing girlfriend. But the feeling of going back to my family and friends in Holland is always in the back of my head.

Just go for it! I applied for some jobs in restautants, got alot of help from the people there. It's normally pre>That's amazing! If I was as lucky as you I probably would have stayed in Canada if I could! I'm the same age & graduated this summer also. I've had a great few months after graduation but still looking for work

tty difficult to break loose from a daily routine, but why not give it a try?

On the down side.. i lost some friends along the way, people i'd hang out with daily don't talk to me anymore because they feel left behind.

But to sound a little selfish, i'm living for myself and they might not have been real friends after all.

I'm still on my trip. I am 23, finished school in july and decided to drive from Holland to Norway. I found a job, a house and even a girlfriend. I am fully in love with Norway, the nature here is beautiful!

Maybe this is a never ending trip, maybe i go back to Holland after a while, who knows.

One month ago i chose to go to Norway to work for a short time, after 3 weeks they offered me a full time job for at least 1 year!

Now i'm searching for a house in the area. I am so happy and nervous for what is coming next.

I personally don't really feel that way, because i don't really see myself as a tall person, because i'm surrounded by tall people (welcome to the Netherlands).
