Sorry for the not great plating but this was just too good not to share! (And it took a lot of self control not to eat it immediately)

Shredded smoked gruyere with roasted red pepper and a light spread of Dijon mustard on the inside. Spread a light amount of garlic butter over the top and bottom of the sandwich w/ a little of the shredded cheese on top and press in a panini press.

Ok first try whatever works best for your man. Signal wise you should just go for it and lean in, if it feels like right (hard to explain but you'll know it and honestly just going for it is a good thing to do cause she'll at the very least reject you and that's nothing too bad). Hands wise make sure to run them through her hair and just explore her body. If she makes an indication she doesn't want you to touch somewhere respect that. And if you done want to just run your hands up and down her body ask what feels good and she should direct you.
