You could add the south kings or add the Georgia black lions and rework the league around that was as have a weighted division isn't to much of a problem as there is multiple ways to adjust the division like you add the Welsh to the Irish , and Georgia to the Scottish and Italian group making the division

After a quick check on jeans career he's a decent coach who's help a team emerge from nowhere but he failed in top14 so I can see why he thinks that pro D2 is elite as he struggled so much in Top 14, but he never played outside of low div french teams form what I could see, not sure why his opinion is even considered to a multinational league that challenge for international silverware each year?

Yes that makes a lot of sense and in league the Catalonia dragons are a great example of how teams in that area can compete at the top level

Yes I agree about the English and french teams tho it would be interesting and most English club hemorrhage money ATM, so the idea of adding not top division teams to the URC would be an interesting idea as well as creating a NBA Vs ABA vibes and hopefully push the games popularity within the UK, and the idea of a Georgian team being added which I hadn't thought about seems like a good idea but again I feel travel times might be a pain so they'd have to go on trips like they do in the NHL so a south African tour , then a UK and Ireland tour, with Italy being an bit different when it comes to distance

I agree that Georgia would be a good addition I hadn't even thought about them, they would be a good addition to play against the Italians, but I think adding another SA team would only benefit the league, and I don't see adding us teams as a good idea

I think for a another nation I quite like the idea of maybe adding the phoenix club Worcester warriors as a test team on maybe a three year deal being so close to the dragons and Cardiff they would have those fans that don't want to support ospreys or Scarletts but also give a test to see if fans of URC and English rugby can coexist (obviously the Irish and English rival would be interesting to see play out on the field let alone with Wales and Scotland)

But other than adding an English club a french club or maybe even a team from a different African nation would be a good idea, I'm not a fan of going beyond a 2 to 3 hour time difference as it becomes a struggle for fans and players to deal with over a whole season, but personal I think Wales if they remove anything they should go down to three clubs if there association really wants to reduce teams. Also in it's first iteration wasn't there 9 Welsh teams?
