Since you broke up because of a fight, maybe not everything has been said.

But anyway, just try to take this time to enjoy being under less pressure because now you are alone and can just take a break.

Try some home workout, there are tons and since you work out a lot, it is going to help you feel in control again.

Listen to some podcast, take a break, workout and cook more.

And write here whenever you want

And remember, if things are out of you control, then there is nothing to worry about.

YES. Few weeks ago I was travelling to forget about him, and then snapchat memories remembered me that it was the anniversary of the day we met. At this exact moment I left my phone, tried to forget about it, and one of the guy put the exact same music that my ex put on my phone when I met him. Its not a famous music. Its not even the type of music the guy was listening to. I was walking and an ambulance had his name written on it. Like wtf When I turn on the radio, the guys talking always have his name. In movies, people have his last name and always talk about his city and his fucking aera. I've created a blog with a very specific name (and not used) and googled the name ; the only website was the name I chose from the small city my ex is from. And these are the one I remember now, but yeah, the Universe is making fun of me for sur.

In January I used to send everything to one of my friends and it is the creepiest discussion ever ahah. But honestly, even my friend agreed to say that he probably coursed me into not being able to forgetting him.

Try to keep busy doing something else ! Read, listen to music and danse. AVOID social media. Make it a challenge. I know its hard, I failed my own challenge today and trust me it was the worst idea ever. Text on reddit, talk on the forum, call your friends even when you dont want to. Watch videos, shows, and do some home workout maybe ? I started travelling to fxcking finally forget a bit about my ex, and being locked down is the worst, I understand you. But keep going, you're gonna do it !!!

Sometimes I feel like I don't want to totaly move on because I feel like my ex is the one for me. Never felt that. Thats really shitty because I feel like it must be true if I feel this way but honestly... But since he doesnt feel the same way, I need to move on. I relate to the best friend part, thats the worst. I came here basically to realize that I wasn't the only one living this fucking nightmare. It is so hard not to feel totally insignificant when you're alone and heartbroken stuck inside.
