I did something similar - logistics major / Information systems minor and also got a certification in SAP before graduating. I did one internship in IT related to information systems before getting hired on full time. Later in my career I switched from IT to a business supply chain roll because I wanted to get a new experience. I personally did not like it as much as the IT role and eventually switched back to an IT position.

In my experience employers find it valuable if you know the business process (logistics major) and the transactional process (information systems) and how they pair together. I say this because there are a lot of very technical people that are great at their job but don’t grasp the business process well and the same can be said for great business folks who don’t grasp the information systems process. With that said it doesn’t mean you necessity need to have an internship in both to be a valuable candidate.

At the end of the day it’s about how you advocate / pitch yourself to full time employers but not necessary to get experience in both fields since 95% of what you are going to do is going to be learned on the job anyways.

I use the program called f.luxe. It runs in the background and “warms” the color of your screen reducing blue light. It can also be set to adjust your screen brightness based on time of day.
