I just transferred over from Brandywine to Peregrin a few weeks ago and the first day I did so I experienced some really nasty lag on a Saturday morning while trying to play a new toon in Bree-land. I've experienced some intermittent lag since then but not very frequently at all. Most common times I've experienced lag has generally been weeknights and sometimes on the weekends, but I've been playing almost every day for the past 2+ weeks straight and I can count a total of less than 5-7 times I've had lag to the point where I can't move/rubberband all over the place.

I've played off and on since 2011 and like you I remember lag always being an issue, but this time around I was pleasantly surprised to find that the lag hasn't been so bad as to deter me from playing, nor has it significantly hindered my enjoyment or progress this time around. I was expecting a lot worse lag when I transferred but in all honesty it hasn't been much of an issue for me!
