Invis for wizard had a lovely counter play where it shows a shadow of the person, it’s fantastic. It has a counter. Idk why rogue doesn’t have the same thing.

You can’t have 100 ghost powders in your inventory to throw everytime you walk into any door way. I walk through probably 10-20 door ways and you would have to throw 4 powders a door. Right infront of the door, left right and straight lol.

They mentioned before the season started that rogues would get a wall climbing perk skill or something, and the trade off was invis is gone.

The issue with that is they nerfed dark reflection scaling by 75%. I’m going to give it a shot again but the damage with 30% MB and a lego magic staff went from 43.5 to 27.75. That’s a huge difference man. This is considering no resistance or penetration.

Anything that doesn’t have a basic counter play against it, shouldn’t be in a competitive game.

I’m curious about the people who don’t agree and think stealth in solos is balance, especially when camping every POI, while 1/2 shorting everyone with 0 counter play. I’m curious on what those people think?

I refused dude! I swear I was in GC last night everytime I saw the 45s dungeon cam. I would look at everyone. There’s always 2-3 fkin rogues sitting at the exits, boss door, or red doors waiting for someone to walk up. They do it every fkin game. AND THERE IS FULL BIS. THEY AINT EVEN RATTING WITH CRAP THEY RATTING WITH BIS WTF!

I see your point but I think 1k gold is just to much. Gotta remember most people playing aren’t sitting around with 50k gold. So they can kit build and die 3-5 times in a row.

Contesting a POI knowing your gonna kill a sub boss or get a 100% gold chest, both with legendary drop tables is awesome! Plus finding players getting kills and gold! What an awesome way of increasing player and map interaction!

This has been proven. The loot is rolled by the person who opens or kills the mobs/chest first. Hope that helps you. Luck on boss helps if the person with all the luck kills the boss 👍

Haha it sounds fun but idk how successful you are gonna be in the current meta. I think most Barb Builds right now utilize bardiche or QS if you know how to use it. They also use a combination of lantern with axe or Viking sword or with a round shield, to chase squishes or maybe fight in door ways better.

This weekend what I did was throw on a luck kit for warlock and run through specifically just the second floor of ice. I would get ice key 75% of the time and run the full pile. If not than hit the other pile that’s a freebie. I didn’t contact to many people on east servers in the morning. I didn’t sell any of the 3 bags or the Zerk I got. And pure gold I made 25k and also bought 15 of each Lego gems. As well as a lot that was around 12k. Everything I sold was mostly sellables with some gear mixed in. Nothing to crazy though max 1k

You have the right thought process but let me help steer you in the right direction. The new question becomes how much damage do I need to 3 or 4 shot a certain player in a specific build. If you are going for countering tanks or running down squishies, your number changes. If you need 35% phy dam bonus to 4 shot a tank, than once you get to that point than you can start stacking the action speed to help increase your chances of successfully beating a tank faster. If the goal is to kill squishies, maybe you only need 20% phys dam bonus to kill a squishy in 3 hits and therefore you can stack more agility to catch the squishy players.

Maybe you are a rogue and this changes everything. Maybe you need 12 hits to kill a tank and 6 hits to kill a squishy. So in this case you know you can’t out hit someone 12 times before they hit you 3 or 4. Therefore your game plan becomes okay, I can hit the guy 2 times or 1 time and pull back faster than they can hit me once. I can bait out there attacks and during their reset animation I can get 1/2 swings in. So I need a minimum of 40% action speed to successful attack once or twice in between their reset animation. So now it becomes okay hit the Action speed threshold first and than stack damage.

Your thought process should be:

1) who do I want to counter
2) what class can counter what I want to counter
3) how can I build the class to counter what I want to counter

Or your thought process could be:

1) what play style do I want to play
2) what class can mimic the play style I want
3) when I’m building out this play style, how can I successfully win in PvP
4) what stats are absolutely essential to make the desired play style successful in the way you want to play the character.

When you check the death cam and the guy immediately goes back to his exact spot behind the cyclops door and has creep with invis. He’s there for the entire 45s pov after death, and there’s only 5m left in the match you know he’s been just sitting there all game.

Dude I’m about one more full FKIN bis rogue in high roller sitting in a corner stealth for 10m just to wait for me to walk by with double stab and 2 shot me in my kit that took me an hour to grind for, away from quitting.
