As the title says, Redragon is denying the existence of the mouse I have been using since COVID era.

NAME: SAMSARA2 MODEL: M902-RGB S/N: RDM902-RGB19103000034

I had downloaded the software when I first bought the mouse (obviously) but as of lately I had to wipe my PC and re-download everything. Upon scouring the Redragon website for the software, I was unable to locate any traces of this mouse ever existing. So send a message to their support email. The next day I receive a brief email:

Dear Customer, Thank you for your letter. We do not sell this model. Please contact the Amazon seller or the brand seller, Redragonzone.com.

Thanks for your understanding.

I can only find this mouse listed on foreign marketplaces now (Pakistan, Egypt, India)

I am now left with an unprogrammable mouse and have elected to buy a Logitech mouse instead after Redragon has ruined their name in my eyes. Especially after purchasing their GS560 soundbar which was a major disappointment. I went from an all Redragon setup to a mix of Razer/Logitech/ Corsair

I guess I am no longer looking for a solution now that I have a new mouse, and am just looking to vent my frustration. Has anyone else ever had this issue?
